YT privacy setting = no liked video setting

Hi guys, I need your opinion and help. My YT channel privacy setting just show 2 things: subcription and playlist. Normally it shows 3 option (on/off). So, There is no "privacy of liked video" option in this privacy setting. what is really going on? Can I fix this issue?

I've just checked YouTube support and this is what I found:

"After December 5, your public “Liked videos” playlist will be made private, which means only you will be able to see this playlist. You can still like videos, and videos will still show the number of likes. "

So it appears that "likes" have been made private now by default and they can't be made public.
