YT Network - Very Very Low CPM!

So Guys I know how the Earning rules work and everything about Netoworks,Content etc...

So here is the thing

My Video is a prank video and the majority viewers are from United states (90%)

The Video is 5 Min long and its been watched for 2:50 Avarage Minutes.

So it has rufly 20.000 views and 2000 Monetized playbacks.

BUT The CPM is 0.33$. I mean if we were in January or February I would mabye understand that,BUT we are in November almost December and WHY THE HELL IS THE CPM SO BAD? AND GUESS WHAT?
MY 10 other videos has s****y CPM its from 0,30-2,50$ CPM.Some are gaming some pranks and vlogs. I mean my Network (Freedom Network) promised me a CPM of 6 and higher. Everyvideo has rufly 2-5K Estimated Monetized Playbacks and the earning are like 3-5 $ each video and this one was the worst.

If you want higher CPM, you must have a lot of views from better ad's

Example:

You can see there the most ad's showing is display ads CPM $0.55.

If you want better CPM you must have a lot of ads with higher CPM example: skippable video ads $18.34 and non skippable $19.04.
