YT Messing With Me .. no monetization or External Annotations

Just uploaded a video and it took .. FOREVER .. to process .. finally did and I edited annotations and enabled monetization .. when I did a red error pops up saying there was an error monetizing and my external annotations stopped working.
Uploaded another video .. took about 10 times longer than normal to process and again same problems. Guess I'll make them private and then try again later.

Yeah LOL I just went to the partner forums and it's full of todays posts all saying AHHHH MY MONETIZATION IS JACKED UP !!!

It's because they are focusing all their work on the new layout bugs and whatnot
