YT is rejecting or refusing to upload certain videos.

Three times now YT has either refused to upload or has rejected videos I have created. None are duplicates. Most are a combination of a new, introductory video followed by a video that gives some sort of example. Many like this have been accepted, but now three in one month have been refused and all come with a notation that if I remove the video, it cannot be reused. No real reasons given. This wastes a lot of my time and is very upsetting as if I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I cannot fix the problem. YT is not being fair, and I'd like to know what I can do to stop this.
 
No, because I removed the video from YT since they told me to do so. I have the video saved on my computer, but that's all.

are these all your video clips, or someone elses videos? is there cursing or something dangerous shown?
what is your youtube channel?
 
All are my own original videos. One does have the word "hell" used in it one time, but that's it. Livin' the RV Life with Timetraveler2 is the channel and the swear word is used one time only when I mention that the guy filling his tank ahead of us likely took so long because he "didn't know what the hell he was doing". If one word destroys an entire video of 9 minutes or so, that is pitiful!

probably not since so many videos use vulgar language,,,but you can try and editing it out & reuploading,,,,,,was something shown in the video? like someone on fire,,anything dangerous or socially unacceptable?
 
No. There was a man who was sleeping face down on the roof of his car at a rest stop, but that's all. What I don't get is why they say that once something is deleted it can never be uploaded again. Don't understand why we cannot correct and then upload. This is not only confusing to me but also upsetting.
