YT Comment notifications gone??

Hey everyone,

Just curious if anyone knows what ever happened with the YouTube comment notifications system? It used to always show up in the top right with a number of how many new comments there are. I'm not talking about comments on my channel but say you comment on someone elses channel and someone responds to you, you no longer get notifications of it.

I used to find that in the Google Webmaster Tools it would still show up for a while after they vanished from YT but now they don't show there either. Anyone know how to turn them back on or get some sort of notification if someone responds to your comments?

Also, if there isn't anything like that, is there maybe a 3rd party YT website like that would do this? I know there are some like socialblade, tubebuddy or whatever else, do those do it?

Umm, I just received a notification for someone replying to my comment today. So I dunno, maybe it was busted until now? Or only affects certain people?

I dunno, I'm curous to see what everyone else says, it seems to be working just fine for me.
 
Sometimes when I don't receive notifications for comments and I can't read them that means youtube put them in spam section, you can go into the spam section and approve comments that you want. I've been getting notified with my comments so I'm not sure what the problem could be
