YT Banners not centered?

so a few weeks ago i was on youtube and everyones banner's were not centred. when i load up a channel the banner would be in the centre for about a second and then it shift to the right. I thought this would be fixed but its still happening. anyone else getting the sam problem?

I'm getting the issue, when my channel (or someone else's) loads, the banner first loads in the right place in low res then a high res one loads straight on top of it but is shifted to the right. I hope they sort it soon..
 
It's been going on for a while now, I'm surprised it hasn't been fixed, are they aware of the issue?
 
Seeing as YouTube is prone to problems lately, this is by far the least worrying thing to happen... Still bloody annoying though, especially if your banner was tailor made to be centered!

As a minor graphic designer to my own channel and my own website plus others i have done on the side.. one thing i will say about youtube main channel art.... about exact measurements .. when you design one and upload and notice it's off .. not so much youtube fault but rather getting the right positions of the graphics correctly.... so you may have to shrinks some things down move some things to the side to get to see 100% in the middle .. trial and error ... but if you need help ask me...

haha trust me I'm fine..... this is a fault on youtubes side not mine. even yours is off centre. it loads a low res version centred then loads the high res version off to the right.Region capture 3.png
