YouTuber Profile Name & G+ Issues

Not really sure what section this goes in but since it's mainly YouTube help, I'll post it here!

So I made a new channel but instead of keeping my old e-mail I made a new one which obviously mean new G+ however when I got to change my profile name for my YouTube channel it goes to G+ as usual but G+ gives me this:

On my old e-mail it gives me this:

I don't want my real name like on the former, I want a custom user name like the latter, but I can't figure out how to do it, and using my old e-mail is now a no-no since I already set-up my new e-mail with Custom URL and don't want to loose it.

My account is fully verified on both YouTube and on my e-mail with 3 Mobile Numbers & 2-Step Verification.

Any help appreciated!

Not sure if there is anything you could do, you could still do a fake name, it just has to be in two parts.

Doesn't work. Google says it doesn't look like a real name.

It really is annoying that Google does this, g+ sucks.

I'm not seeing an option to connect it to a G+page?

You need to create a second channel on your account. That one you can name whatever you want. Actually, I don't know why you didn't just create another channel on your old account in the first place.

I'm kinda getting it to work, I removed all G+ from my whole Google Account so I'm seeing if I relink it can I link to my +Page instead of my +Profile. [DOUBLEPOST=1401779051,1401778809][/DOUBLEPOST]

Yup it worked! ^-^ Aftare doing that YouTube made a second channel with the same URL and allowed me to use the +Page! Thanks guys
