YouTuber couples who Vlogs together

Only do a couple vlog channel if you are sure they are the one and you want to document your story with said person.

If you are just wanting to do it to do it and can't see it lasting I personally think it is a bad idea. I did that once with my ex, Not because I wanted to but because I already had a daily vlog before her. So when we broke up things got a little awkward for not only me but all of my viewers. So I had to delete about 300 videos. However now I've found my one and started up an actual vlog channel with her. It's been a ton of fun so far. So I've personally experienced both ends of the spectrum. It can be awful and it can be really awesome lol.

heh, tell me about it... luckily my ex never really wanted to be much on my Youtube show. I was able to go back and remove any minor pics or whatever that happened to have her in them too. lol. But yeah, it woulda been awkward now if I looked back and still saw her in the early episodes. It's the risk you take.

So of recent I've been seeing this girl not official couple to be honest unsure if I even want to make a move for "Serious". However she's like me and loves watching Vloggers like CTFxC and PrankVsPrank, she has already made hints on doing a couple vlogging/pranking channel. However I'm not too sure if it'll work with us not really living together or spending day in day out together, what do you guys think. Should I go for it and do the couple type thing or just stick with doing my own vlogs?

Thanks
(Sorry if in wrong thread).

I do it and they're some of my most popular videos. The latest is the one in my signature....

I say go for it, what’s the worst that could happen?

You can always try, and see how it works out.
If it feels weird or awkward then just stop doing it.
You never know if it turns out to be something nice.

I would prefer to keep my own channel and not have the other person participate. Because when it's good, it's good! But if it goes bad, it could be much, much worse than how good it can get. Kind of like office romances. (Don't ask!)

It's hard to avoid if you live with the person. Besides your significant other can chip in some extra ideas if she's also into Youtubing.

Good question I guess it all comes down to how great you two interact. If you guys can have fun and not kill each other my advice is go for it. But you also need to consider that you don't know how long your relationship will last. What if you guys grow together and later ya'll break up. There is always that chance that the channel might end or you loose a lot of followers. My advice is to really think about it and if you see yourself with her in the future go for it. Just plan dates to film since you guys don't live together. You might also want to get together some days to do the editing together and you guys can combine both footage into one.

I agree, I think it would be really difficult unless you were together pretty consistently. It's hard enough making consistent vlogs but it would be a lot more difficult if you had to make sure to include her in each video when you don't see her everyday. While the idea itself isn't bad, I don't think it should happen unless you guys become more serious/see each other more.

It's a risk no matter what, but if you think it's worth it, go for it. I mean c'mon, think about it. You could be married with kids and still be divorced 2 years later. Just live the moment.
