Youtube Won't Let Me Monetize My Content

I have no copyright strikes or ID claims and my account is in good standing. On a former channel I was a partnered with Maker Max could that have something to do with it.
 
Not enough info. Are you connected to Adsense? Do you have the "monetize video" option? Are they getting stuck in review or you just don't have an option to monetize?

You have AdSense account?
You Already enable monetize setting (yt.com/features)?

Cuz Maker is already have AdSense.
