Youtube Videos Need To Be Entertaining.

I understand that people go on Youtube mostly to be entertained and sometimes to find something out. As a small gaming channel, i feel like on a small bunch have been found entertaining, (hence why they have more views. So what i am asking is what type of gaming video's and commentaries do you find entertaining so that i can try and gain a bigger audience and grow more.

I don't find any specific videos entertaining. I find the personalities behind them entertaining. Everything can be made entertaining if it has the right personality behind it.

Hell, I would not be surprised if Tobuscus could entertain fans for 10 hours while they were watching paint dry. He would just sing and stuff, and make crazy words up. :)

This 100%. You could do Let's Plays, montages, commentaries, walkthroughs, reviews, races, versus, co-ops, it doesn't matter, just as long as you are the one who's entertaining.
 
YouTube videos do need to be entertaining. I think the writing is the most important part of that. Good writing is the best start to a good video.
 
I personally like rage games, or people reacting to rage games, hence why I play so many on my channel :)

Games like the Unfair Platformer, Cat Mario, the Impossible Game etc.

If Toby did that, I would watch it! It would probably be quite entertaining with his personality! :)
