I checked his two older videos and they both have high comments...

Don't check videos that were released super recently, not only have the views not been audited but also I find comments are a lot more consistent after release than right at release.

Just doesn`t look right :p
 
1- make sure that what ever you don't don't let them change your mind and quit youtube. Keep doing what you are doing
2- make sure that you have more Good subscribers than Bad subscribers and be happy with the good ones you have
3- take trolling as a way of them telling you that your channel needs more improvements and take it in a positive way and improve the channel either the content or add something extra that is interesting. Or make the videos longer/shorter
4- learn how to ignore people.
