YouTube Support says on Twitter to give credit to copyright music

That's not a Youtube Twitter account unfortunately. If it were that easy, that would be amazing haha.
So no - you cannot use copyright music without consent (and evidence from the rights holder) to use that music.

That is a YouTube account. I called Google support and got forwarded to YouTube who said that was their Twitter support account. I even called youtube space LA and was told the same thing.

No it's not - nor do I believe you called either place because they would have told you that https://twitter.com/TeamYouTube is their Twitter support account.

I never lied!!! They said on the phone they had a support account so I thought it was that one.

So you're changing your story. Originally Youtube + Youtube space confirmed that the fake account was theirs, but now you thought it was? That's as close to a lie as I've heard. It's just semantics to suggest otherwise.

ANYWAY....

The point being:
NO, that is not their account.
NO, that account is not real.
NO, you cannot use copyright music.
NO, crediting UMG in the description will not protect you from a copyright claim.

Avoid any copywritten material that you do not have the rights to use - otherwise you risk copyright claims, or shut downs. Ignorance is not a defense either.
