So I dont have any of the tabs like in the video such as trailers, films or shows. Is there something to enable? I am a YouTube partner just not a network partner, I can change thumbnail and have a banner.

YouTube partnership has multiple levels. I would contact YouTube asking to be changed to a higher one in the chain.
