Youtube SEO question

I have a few videos that rank very well when you search a keyword term, but other videos don't rank even remotely close even if there is very little keyword competition for that word. How does youtube rank videos in their search.
 
Using that keyword tool will do more harm then good due to the fact that people search differently on youtube then they do on google. Try it type Grape In... as a youtube search and google search and the most searched phrase will be totally different. Youtube has their own keyword tool. I use this tool and my videos still rank weirdly. Anyone else have an idea why

Well google does own youtube and they have adsense so I do not understand how they would have a different keyword tool for youtube. Your videos probably rank weirdly because your using keywords that are not relevant and people do not search for often.
 
people themeselves don't search the same on youtube as they do on google THAT is why they have two different tools. When you type grape into a google search you get things like grape diet, grape salad. When you type Grape into a youtube search you get things like Grape lady falls over, Grape you in the mouth, and grape explosion. You can't ad adwords to your youtube videos because it would be pointless and a waste of money since the traffic is not targeted correctly.
 
and actually only two of my videos are ranking really bad. One only has 77 views and the other 160 I'm changing keywords now.
