YouTube Partnerships are scams or real?

Eh sort of scams sort of not
Depends on who you go with.

As a small channel it does no good but a few benefits for bigger channels is that you get paid through paypal instead of getting sent a check.

but the whole "WE HELP YOU GROW" is utter horse s**t

Just try it out yourself for a small contract and see if you like it
 
Just from what I have heard going with the wrong partnership can be bad so it all depends on the offer do your research if approached and never sign your soul to the devil:)
 
I don't think anyone here really knows what a scam is anymore. YouTube networks are a legit business. Some of the more obscure Russian ones may very well be scammy but you're not going to get scammed with any of the Top 20
 
They are "scams" for smaller channels but if your a decent sized channel (1000+ subs) then they might do something for you i wouldnt exactly call them a "scam" but they dont exactly benefit you.
