Youtube Partnership same as adsense? And what percentage?

So I am kind of confused at all this talk. First of all, when everyone talks about using adsense, do they mean that they are partnering with youtube? Or are they just using their straight up adsense account with no partnership. Second of all, If i was to go with adsense or partner with youtube, would I earn 100% of the 55% cut I am given after youtube takes their share? For example, when partnering, you usually get like 70 or 80% of 55%, so I feel like you could get more if you didn't have a partner taking that away. All help is appreciated.

So in order to partner with YouTube you need an adsense account, it is easy to make but you don't automatically have one and you have to be over 18. Partnering with YouTube is the same thing as adsense it is just a different way of saying things.

You get 55% of the ad money and google gets 45%. If you join a network a network will take an amount (usually between 60-90%) or that 55%. No matter what a network says there is no way to get past googles 45% cut. In exchange for the money they take from you, networks give you things like music libraries, forums, dashboards, different payment options and more. If don't join a network you have to wait until you get $100 to get paid, but lots of networks will pay if you make as little as $1.

You partner with YouTube first, and then partner with a network. Lets make simple math work for us here...

From 1 dollar revenue you get paid 0.55 and YouTube gets 0.45

if you partner however YouTube still gets 0.45, but the partner takes your 0.55 and takes off another percentage, effectively reducing your share. So yes, you get screwed for pretty much no extra benefits. The fewer middlemen the more profit you make. A network is a middle man between YouTube and yourself. And as such, you don't need that noise. Sure, with YouTube you got to wait eons till you hit that 100 dollar threshold. But who cares really? People that make good money on YouTube hit 100's of dollars every month, so they are guaranteed a payout. And those like you and I? Well, if you can't live without the (insert below 100 dollar amount) a month you gain via YouTube you need to rethink your financials.

I think some of the confusion is that for many years, YouTube had to invite you to partner, and only a few people got to be partnered. Now anyone who follows the rules qualifies. AdSense is the mechanism that allows you to make money off Google ads.

So basically if im already gaining money via Adsense with youtube, i should stay this way? My daily views are 6k+ , but recently i noticed im jut gaining the half of what i used to gain on 2014 (lets say on december i earned 60 bucks, on january i got 30, and on february just 30). I tought if i was in a network i would get more money but it seems theres no way i can get more money..perhaps im wrong?
