YouTube now always starting on the profile page instead of my feeds

In the last few days - every time I start YouTube Premium (I'm using AppleTV) the screen it takes me to is the account profile page where it asks who I am. I only have one profile (this screen also has icons for adding a kids account or adding another profile). I click on my name and I'm at what used to be the page that YouTube would start on.

I dont want this extra step. It used to take me straight to the page where I could see what was in my feed,

I have signed in/out of YouTube and updated to the latest version app version.

This is very annoying anyone have a fix?
