YouTube network promo video template

I am looking for a YouTube network promo video template. You know like a partnering promo video

It has to be a really good or decent template. Sony Vegas Pro or Camtasia Studio 8 would be the best for a template

I want to be able to just edit the original template text.

If anyone can get me a good one I will pay 300 yttalk cash! :3
