Nope, not unless there's nudity. As long as their clothes are on, they can be as sexual and provocative as they want, even if they're just teens. It's disgusting.

I'm quite sure there's a rule about sexual content, even if fully dressed I am sure I read somewhere that if the content has a sexual nature then its not allowed. I guess all you can do is flag videos like this. Luckily I dont come across stuff like that
