Just got this email, at first glance it looks real however it's not. They're hoping to get you thinking emotionally by saying your channel is in violation, that way you'll overlook a few signs that it's a scam.
YouTube emails will always have your name at the top
Will be from a @youtube.com or @google.com email
If you do click a link in an email, always verify that you're on the right website (youtube.com)
Their login screen looks really good as well, however notice that it's on a non YouTube/Google website.
If you haven't already, enable the two step authentication on all your email and social accounts.
