youtube location settings

Hello there,
I have a question about my channels location settings. I have German nationality, but I was born in UK. Year ago I moved back to Germany due to work related things. I started my youtube channel and set location as Germany. Now I have to move to Estonia due to work, but I think in Estonia you can't have partnership. Should I change my location or leave it as Germany? I will live in Estonia from time to time (2 months, sometimes 4 months or longer period of time).
I am not partnered with any network. What should I do?
 
I think it doesn't affect your channel if you put it as Germany. I'm in Malaysia but my channel is set in the US(and I don't know how to change it) and it's fine so far. :)
 
I checked settings and it seems that youtube partnership is available in Estonia. Should I change it in that case or leave as is? My adsense location is germany. Will it be okay if my youtube location is Estonia and adsense location Germany?

I would not worry too much about that.... I mean, my location is several thousand km's from where I live now...
