Youtube lags on my MacBook

I don't know what is going on, but since the past two days my MacBook pro 13inch late 2015 starts lagging when I have Youtube open in a tab. It has never done this before and it gets worse when I try to enlarge the screen to fullscreen. It shouldn't be doing this and it only happens with Youtube... Does anyone know what's causing this lag?

I have noticed that it lags on a few youtubers, but otherwise it works out fine!

I just saw I haven't updated to OS X El Capitan yet, doing that now. We'll see if that fixes it.
