yes they do half the battle is using the right keywords to get hits. When I actually want my videos to get real exposure on youtube I use the tool. There is a huge glut of improperly tagged videos on youtube its actually not hard to get over that glut because well they are not properly tagged.

Hey this looks pretty helpful, thanks! Haha yeah sometimes I don't know what they're thinking with the tags they suggest, seem to always want to put the word 'welcome' in my tags. I do think it's one of the best kept secrets on improving the views is tagging which most people don't do properly.
