Youtube Issues?? Did you notice this for yourself??

Have you noticed when you upload a new video and on the right where it displays other videos and then a mix of your videos show up and you look and it displays the videos have no views when they really do and you know this because maybe you have watched those videos before or monitored your video view history. Also another issue that's pretty annoying to me is that i have this one video at 301 views entitled fullscreen partnership application accepted this video has been stuck at 301 views for about a week/nd a half i believe and it shows watch history in analytics but is anyone else having this issue? All my other video's have passed the 301 mark verification to insure the views are legitimate which mine are

Dang it's just this one video for me that's still stuck but i see view history in analytics myself. It has been stuck for a while i hope youtube hurry up and fixes these bugslol it's annoying
