Youtube Is Like A Cinderella's STEPMOTHER

I'm still new to Youtube but I already find SO HARD to keep up with the minimum demand of monetization. I mean, 1,000 subs and 4,000 hours view is very unachievable for new channels. Esp if they want to earn money fast. Youtube becomes an impossible route to take. I'm sitting here, thinking why Youtube doesn't support new channels. I feel Youtube acts like Cinderella's stepmother. Here is why....

To Youtube, new channels are nothing. They offer NO HELP at all! They don't even allow shortlink unless you have 100 subs. How am I gonna introduce my channels if I have to pass long link (luckily I found a solution). They don't allow discussion to be filled with photos unless you're monetized. How do I promote my own channel in Youtube without photos?! And they only push videos with high subs and views...Yes they also push low subs/view videos but the rate is so low. You simply can't compete with big channel even if your channelhas great content. People have less chance to discover you!

Youtube should have done it the other way around! HELP the small channels. Help them GROW! Give them the promotional tools. The big ones, leave them alone because they can stand on their own. That's the right model... However, it seems to me that Youtube is more about money making -,-' The new monetizing-all-videos policy doesn't help either. Because they get money from my unmonetized channel.

Anyone share the same thoughts as I do???
