Youtube Idea (Thoughts?)

Now my idea has been done before but I feel I could put a more realistic approach to them. They are shows like Ghost Adventures and Impractical Jokers I feel like these types of shows would be really fun to create (which is the whole point right?) But I wanna add some sort of twist on to them. The Ghost Hunting idea the twist was gonna be to have it in a vlogging type perspective. I feel a show like that needs a more realistic appeal. I have no ideas for the second idea though. Any feedback about the idea or suggestions are encouraged.

The thought of a ghost hunter vlog makes me so happy! I've had that thought for a while but I haven't wanted to try it until I found the perfect way to execute it!
