So I'm in the Military and my wife is a nurse, and we both are doing online college. We have 2 kids, plus after school activities. You can imagine it's all business with us and not enough family time.

We started YouTube 2 weeks ago and besides the actual editing and "scripting" time, we are really bonding over the video ideas, statistics and promotion piece of it.

We all talk about how many views, comments, likes, dislikes etc. We laugh together at the views and comments and cry together about the dislikes.

We do post everyday, basically record multiple videos a day and I stay up late editing. It's not that strenuous, we just use our time wisely. Honestly we spend more time talking about YouTube then actually making the videos ha ha.

That's really cool, it's great to find things to do together as a family!

Yes sometimes we all have to work as a team if we want a movie to happen.
So - yes - definitely a positive experience!

That's so wonderful :)

Thanks :)

That's amazing! I'm happy for you and your family :D

Yeah, it's pretty cool!

Yeah it is, sometimes life takes over and we get lost in it. Thanks for the reply

Wow! That's amazing growth in your channel for just starting 2weeks ago! It took is 1.5 months to just get 100sub!! It's really is such a fun family bonding experience!

Wow, very encouraging! Honestly, we started our channel mainly because my kids watch Ryan ALL THE TIME and they wanted to do the same thing (Probably for the toys) ha ha. It took us forever to give in, but are loving it now. Not to sure how we got so much views and subs so quick. Once my wife told her family in the Philippines, it kind of took off a little. All we do is promote!

Thanks for the reply

That's wonderful you're enjoying the experience so much! We've had similar with our family. We aren't all in each video, but I try to get input/help from different family members with each new video we put together. It's been more fun that way, I think! Plus, the kids seem to have the pulse of YouTube down, haha. They have a good feel for what works and what doesn't . Best wishes with your channel! :)
