Youtube Graphic resolution problem

guys,the new youtube channel asks for a 2120 x 1192 image to put as graphic,is there a way for my 1920 x 1080 image to get that resolution without losing the quality?

Yes, use photoshop. Control + T.

It's a banner, so it's not extra space. It's not a thumbnail. It's for other mediums that it will be on
