Youtube feature not working

When I try to put on a new banner for my channel it says "the feature you requested was unavailable", so does anyone know how to fix this?
 
Did you check the file size and format? It may be too big.....or the wrong format (JPEG, .PNG etc)
Or perhaps it's just a Youtube glitch and might not be working right now.

I made it and it's the right file format/size. I uploaded it to my other channel before I posted it too, to make sure it works. So must be Google being funny! :p
