Youtube Direct Email Support

Hey guys, just few days ago I contacted Youtube with their direct email support and its was really helpful. But yesterday, when I start email them again about my analytic report issue, I cant do so already. Before this I will received an confirmation email mentioned that my question is successfully delivered to them, but now it just keep asking me to refer their FAQ section, what happen actually?
 
What did they say in the email for you?

For me I got:

exactly same as yours, I think you mostly wont hear anything back, I already start getting this email from last week, no YT agents replied back. I think its some kind of bug they having there, but I guess you can re-send again now, as one of the YT agent got back to me and mentioning everything was fixed. I havent try re-send anything.
 
Yeah Now a days it is very easy to contact youtube and they have reduced limitations to contact youtube via Email

as per my channel i am having 600K views monthly and 20K daily views

i always contacted youtube directly about the issues which we are facing with MCN's

but Youtube will simply replys that there is nothing they can do about the MCN

surprizingly Youtube given permission to these MCN's to contact us and finally they are going to say that it is not coming within their Border

how funny it is haaaa.

I only asked once about MCN to youtube, and their reply is absolutely useless.
