Youtube Cutting my videos Short?

I play video entertainment thats interactive.
So a few of the videos I recently uploaded are only showing up at half (or less) the length they really are, I had a friend check out one of my videos and it only showed up as 6 minutes long when the video was actually 13-14 minutes, had a few comments saying that they only saw the first 23 seconds :/

Is this a youtube glitch or something?

And Sorry if someone already posted something like this!

I have been noticing this usually aswell, really annoying!
 
Yeah, I think it's a glitch. I watched a video the other day and in the comments it said "I love what you did at 11:05!"....but yet the video ended for me at 6 minutes :S
