YouTube Copyright problems...This is Retarded

So I started posting a workout series on my channel that involves HIIT, known as Tabata. No problem there...however Youtube did not approve these for monetization even after I got explicit permission via email from the only copyright materail I used (a website workout timer). Has this happened to anyone else. ThenI tried to call them realizing they have no real person customer service, so I faxed them my permissions and they styill havent changed them or wrote back...errrrrr
