You just make a video describing your channel 
Keep it around 45sec.-1min, and make sure you tell what kind of videos you do! You want to get the point across pretty fast, that way people know about your channel before they click on something else.
What I did for mine (Though I don't use it anymore because I changed how I run my channel) is I said what kind of videos I make in the first 30 seconds of the video, and the rest of the video was random clips from my videos. (The video in total was about 4 minutes long, but as long as you get the point across within the first minute, it should be effective)
