youtube channel name deleted

dear youtuberz,

recently i tried to start our youtube channel for our soccer team, wehre we wanted to post all our videos from our team, and so i gave the channel and my account the name of our team, witch i logical right?!
now i got an email from google/youtube saying that this name couldnt possibly be my real name (well duuuh)
so i tried to follow the procedure to tell youtube that this was the name of our "organisation" but every time when i tried to fill in all the correct answers to the correct question, and when i tried to click the send button, it just returned to the previous screen and nothing was confirmed that i had send my feedback to them.
and so it didnt -_-
now my channel name has been deleted for further notice.
what can i do to make them see that my channel is legit and just about a sports team?

Wow, I've never heard of anyone having a problem like that. That's really too bad. I wish you the best of luck in fixing it. What was the name of the channel?

thx for the support, indeed it is BiljartClub Netjes

but when you look for it in the search bar it's nowhere to be found, only i can find it by logging in but this is not what i had in mind :(
i tried sending an email to authourisation rights email straight to youtube and i got an email back saying they will react to my email when it is handled, but i dont think im going to hear from them any time soon
 
This is the only video I get when searching BiljartClub Netjes. But "BiljartClub Netjes" can't be your youtube URL because it has a space in it.

and yes i tried the procedure but i didnt get a confirmation when i clicked send, and when i try it again i still dont, it just goes back to the previous screen.
