Youtube channel has taken a "stall"

So, I've been running this youtube channel for about a month and a half.
I've gotten some steady growth and I've always been trying to increase my view count and my sub count.

But the problem is that it's all been slowing down last month. I don't know what the problem is.

Could it be my content? I mean, I try to get viewers to try and put down their input so that I can try and improve in the long run.

So YTTALK, I come to you guys, help me out a bit. What can I do to improve?

1. How can I improve subs/view counts?
2. If you don't like the content, how can I improve?
3. What should I be doing to gain what I need?

Be brutally honest. I need the feedback. Thanks guys!

Well there are going to be times where things sort of stall out. Usually what I do is I take a break so I can look at what I have done and try to think of what I can do to add a little more. Also with being a gaming channel it can be hard to grow depending on the person. You can try to expand out and do different things :). There is a lot more to do than Lets Plays. I want to do a little bit of everything on my channel. I am just starting slow then once I get to a certain point I will expand and do different things like machinima's, skits and other things.

Plus you have only been doing it for a month and a half. It takes some times. Plus you should always be improving not just waiting for people to tell you what to improve on. Its good to get suggestions, but remember to also try and do better than your last video ;).

Your videos are good, but i may suggest to make it widescreen. Regarding the views maybe because there are a lot gaming channel now in youtube but don't give up, just continue uploading videos.

The biggest thing is just to remain consistent and to make relevant content. By relevant content I mean that you talk about that things that either relate to the scene you're in or you talk about topics that are currently being talked about by people. Also make sure to be tagging your videos properly. Maybe do a a Google search on tagging and get some extra tips, even if you already know what you're doing you'd be surprised to learn just how much new stuff you hadn't thought of before.
