YouTube Channel Growth via Adwords

Hey everyone!

I have created my YouTube channel in January 6 and since then I have 10 subscribers and ~950 total views of my 11 videos (I try to upload daily). I have, however, started promoting my YouTube channel via Google Adwords video campaign in order to get more views and grow my channel faster, especially through the first 100 subs.

I have few questions, however.

1. Considering that my video view and subscriber gain ratio seems to be ~95:1, is this a good ratio to expect? I know its way too early to know whether I will continue gaining subs at same/similar rate or not, but still, just for pointers.

2. So far my Adwords campaign have generated 110 views on the video I am promoting and it has gotten me 1 subscriber. Is that a decent view:sub ratio? The question seems to be similar, but these I'd just like to know your experience using Adwords for growing your channels.

3. What is average reasonable subscriber cost if you are trying to promote your channel via Adwords? I know that it highly depends on the quality of the video, channel, targeting, etc., but what are your experiences with that? How much did it cost you?

4. I have heard that after you reach 100 subscriber, growing your channel becomes much easier. Is this true? Also, about how many subscribers, according to your experience, it is necessary for channel to grow without any paid promotions or promotions on various websites, social sites, forums, blogs, etc? Have any idea?

So, there are my questions. Answers would be appreciated greatly. Thanks!

1. Yes that's a decent ratio, your ratio will drop as your channel grows as most of your viewers will be subs already.

2.Yes that's also decent for ads traffic I'd say, normally you could expect ad traffic to have a lower retention depending on the type of ads used

3. Pass, never used it personally.

4. Used to be 100 5ish years ago, then went to 300, these days I'd say it's closer to 500 to reach that first point where you really get a boost in growth.

To specifically answer #4 it mainly depends on your perspective. In my case I find that my 122 subscribers gives me more confidence to be interactively open. You could definitely see a huge difference from the time I started and today.

1. No ideas what is average, mine is at 230:1.
2. Never used Adworks but I think it mainly depends on the quality of your video.
4. I don't think there is a specific time where you get a boost but of course the more subscribers you have the more views your video will get within the first few days the easier it will rank high in the search results.

Hello I just used adwords I made a channel trailer and spent around 60 euros for the campaign and so far I got 6 Subs it seems to be quite expensive way of getting subs. Any Advice??
