i uploaded youtube videos and monatized them with google adsense bt i have very smal earning is any one of you know any idea to increase earning with youtube,

To increase your earnings, you need more views. Not just views, but monetized views. (Views that ads appear).

It also depends on your CPM (Cost per Mille/ How much you get paid for 1k views). CPMs vary with what country the views are coming from, how long the ad is played, if the ad is clicked, what type of ad it is, and how much the advertiser is paying for their advertisements.
