YouTube Advertisement Glitch?

Sometimes when I'm going to watch a video on youtube in either fullscreen or "middlescreen" mode and an ad shows up. My whole video skips like 4 inches away soi can only see 6/8 of the video when I'm watching..

Am I the only one?
