Your YouTube Phobia's?

In other words, what scares/upsets you about YouTube?

My phobia is that I don't like seeing my video views or how many dislikes there are on my videos, sometimes negative feedback can hit you and knock you down a bit, so I try to avoid looking at it.

There are times when I just say "Let's just do this" and I'll look at my YT video manager and see the views and likes/dislikes. I currently have 127 views, 9 comments, 6 likes and 1 dislike on the video in my signature (below) so I'm happy with that.

Ok here is what I am afraid of: Recently in my school multiple people have gotten in trouble for things they post on Facebook about other students. Somehow the administration finds out about it and punishes it. Once in a while in my vlogs, I have ranted about other students, without giving their names or anything, but still. I am scared that somehow the administrators are going to find my channel and are going to come up with some lame excuse that my vlogs are bullying the UNNAMED individuals who I rant about and punish me for it. My school administration sucks...
 
I don't like to look at my subs because it reminds me about how little my channel is eventhough I feel like I have batter content then youtubers 10x the size and gets a little discouraging. But you gotta keep it positive,

I'm exactly the same, I hate looking.
 
I'm most afraid of the dreaded HATERS/TROLLS! We don't have any yet cause we're only new with not many views. But I dread the day someone comments something like "You're fat", "You're Ugly", "Go kill yourself"... yadda yadda yadda. I know this is more of a reflection of the commenter not the commentee but still don't want it to happen.

I like to engage the troll... but with kindness. lol That makes their head spin, and they usually don't write back.

I usually thank them for watching, and smile.

We usually ignore the trolls, delete their comment and block their profile, however as we are two gay guys vlogging our lives I am sure you can imagine what the trolls put .... it does not really bother us, just we do wonder why bother.

Youtube phobias are views lowering so that I wonder what is the point in making vlogs as no one watchs them, also losing subscribers for some reason today we have lost more than we usually do so I am sat here talking to Michael trying to work out what we are doing wrong because of this!!! But then I think our vlogs are always the same.

I can explain the decrease in subscribers and views, from a purely numbers POV.

Subscribers: YouTube looks to be purging inactive accounts again. I lost 20 subscribers yesterday, all at once. That never happens! I gasped, then thought... Yooooooooutuuuuuuube!!! (shaking fists). It also happened back in January. I haven't read anything official from YouTube, but this is what it is.

Views: I've also noticed a huge decrease in views today. Nothing official from YouTube yet, but it looks like maybe another of the infamous YouTube algorithm change-ups.

The numbers aren't a phobia of mine. I can't really think of a phobia I have when it comes to YouTube, actually.

The numbers are fascinating to me. Full of ups and downs, unexplained jumps/losses in daily views, algorithm changes you can see from the numbers in analytics... I love the analytics tools. lol

Not sure if our loss of subscribers would be inactive accounts as we really have been going 2 months, but I suppose could be as sometimes when we get a new subscriber the email from youtube says they have not set up a user account yet so not sure how they can subscribe.
