Yellow markers on the video timeline

Is there a way to manually add those markers in my videos?
I always thought the markers are made after putting some timestamps in the video description but it doesn't seem to be the case.

For example, I'm doing a FIFA video with multiple matches and want to mark when the next match starts in the video. Is it possible?

The yellow markers are to let the viewer know when mid-video ads will be displayed. The functionality you're looking for doesn't exist, though you can fake it with annotations that skip to the desired match start time.

You're both wrong. It's when the advertisements come up in the video. Particularly the overlay ones. smh
