I did that before, and I did not get sound through my headset at all, but I'll try again. And maybe there's a spot I can plug it in on the TV, like a headphone jack...try to move the X11 jack before the HD PVR rather than after the signal already passed through. My headset plugs directly into the TV itself so I'm not quit sure myself how else you could solve it.
The x11s don't have a splitter? Unless I am really dumb? Are you using the stereo audio splitter? When recording/streaming usually the headset is meant to intercept the audio between the console and the capture device.
I'm not entirely sure, I thought most of the X series came with them :S It's the cable that intercepts the audio through component.[DOUBLEPOST=1385969100,1385968991][/DOUBLEPOST]Basically with my PX22's and Elgato, I have the compontent cable white & red audio running to the stereo audio splitter which is connected to the headsets amp, then the white and red audio from that plugs into the component to S-video adapter. This allows it to intercept the audio (both gameplay and voice chat) but still passes audio through to the capture card. The x11s don't have a splitter? Unless I am really dumb?
x12***** I mean x12, not x11, sorry
