I Love YTtalk
What the hell, I'm so confused and it's infuriating.

Youtube claims the desktop safe size is 1546x423, yet in THEIR downloadable template it is 1280x350. What the hell is the actual size meant to be?

Yeah, if you go to the add channel art bit, it will tell you the recommended size is something like 2120x1192 :)

Just make it 2560x1440 as it will fit all devices then :)
I was about to post this. Dang you fast.:eeks:[DOUBLEPOST=1370267765,1370267707][/DOUBLEPOST]

And yo I know this is very out of topic but I LOVE your YTtalk banner (or whatever it's called) Moving pictures ftw!:D

I want to know what the actual size is:
2120x1192 desktop size = 1280x350
or

2560x1440 desktop size = 1546x423

Youtube says its the larger one but their bloody template is the other size.

Which one is it?

The max desktop size is 2560x423, whereas the safe zone for objects on all devices is 1546x423? Does that help?

If that's true then why is every template including Youtube's the smaller size of:
2120x1192 + safe size = 1280x350
Sorry just noticed an error in my post it was actually 2560x423 for max desktop size, safe zone is the same though.
