...me and some lotion and my neighbours' dog?
No wait, wrong thread!
Alright, so here's my dilemma. As we all know there are tons and tons of gaming channels out there! Most of them focus around Let's Plays or Minecraft and think that copying everyone else is the way forward! I am not one of those people. I would like my channel to be something different from what seems to be the norm these days, and feel like I can actually put some effort into it.
All through the past couple of weeks ideas have been racing around in my head for ways to be involved in gaming differently, and to make my channel stand out by doing some unique things. I am fully aware that all of the things I can think of have already been done, and done again, but at the very least they will separate me from the gist of gaming channels and build me an audience that is actually interested in what I have to say!
One of those ideas rolling around in there is to do with Indie games. I figured I make a video every week putting one upcoming Indie game in the spotlight and giving it a sort of "quick look". Telling people who made it, what it's about and why I picked it and generally providing it with some coverage...
Would you watch this? How long should these videos generally be for you not to get bored? Do you have any tips for me?
Now where's my lotion...
