I had an epiphany this morning, follow a thread someone put about periscope.
So on a whim I did it and found I could keep the video.

My question to you fantastic guys is advice needed here, Taylor Swift's shake it off is playing in the background. And I wanted to put a famous hero in the title.
Its a funny video and I thought I may put it on the channel.
Would this be ok to do or would I get copywrite strikes???

I'm pretty sure you will get a copyright strike if you have a Taylor Swift song in the background.

As Tommy TLG said. YouTube is very strict about copy rights issues (especially music).

Im gong to take the risk stupid maybe I know I have put a full paragraph and link to the song plus the whole song is not on the video. And I haven't monetized it. Maybe see what happens.
