So, what's happened is that the video got flagged by Content ID. After watching your video, I'm 99.999% sure it's because you used a recording of a live performance of Electric Angel., which can be copyrighted.
I'll say this right off the bat - safest bet for your account is probably to do nothing. It isn't impacting your account status in any way, and all that's really happening is that the two companies named in that email (COMPASS_CS and SOCAN) are making money from any ads on that video.
But there is one thing that confuses me.......
The rights to Electric Angel should belong to Yasuo-P, the guy who made the song, unless he's signed away the rights to it (which I don't know if he did or not)........
Alternatively, it could be the specific performance you used rather than the music itself, and I have no idea what performance you used and even if I did I wouldn't know who would own the rights to the performance.
That said, I looked up one of the companies in question, and it looks like it's probably the Composers and Authors Society of Singapore, which is a Singapore-based copyright collective (basically a collective entity that represents rightsholders and collectively enforces copyright). Now I have no freaking clue why a company in Singapore would claim ownership over a Japanese song, but it's possible that there's some backdoor deal that I'm not privy to that gave them the rights. Or they could own the rights to the live performance, again I don't know.
VOCALOID songs get into pretty odd territory when it comes to copyright.
Considering all the stuff that's unknown, your safest bet is to just let it be. You're account is safe for now. You could dispute it, but if you dispute it and the claim is valid (and it looks like there is a very good chance that the claim is valid) then you could get a copyright strike. Considering that's clearly a recording of a live performance, I would NOT dispute it and just leave it be. You're account is safe right now - no need to put it in jeopardy.
If you're paranoid you could private it or take it down (in which case, you do NOT need to worry about it impacting your account in the future), but it's probably not necessary.
