Wondering whether to combine channels..HELP!

TheGameRelay

Hey guys. I have two gaming channels, TheGameRelay and TheGameRelayHD. The first has been around almost a year and has 4.6k subs and just over 600k views and the second has only around 140 subs and 2,300 views since it's only been going since around Christmas. My first channel, TheGameRelay is pretty much all Fifa/football content and my second is mainly DayZ and other games.

I was wondering as I have since I began my second channel whether I should just upload ALL of my gaming videos to my main channel and that way maybe getting more views etc or keep them separate?

The argument I have with myself is that people signed up for Fifa content on my main channel and maybe wouldn't like other content but hey you never know, they may like the choice of different content.

Any advice would be great. Thanks.

Trust your gut, maybe make an announcement on your main channel about your second channel, since your subscribers on your main channel are looking for FIFA content, But not all of your subscribers are looking for FIFA content, and running one channel is a lot less pain, but as said trust your instincts and do what you think is best.

Thanks for the advice so far. Currently my gut is confused haha. Currently testing the waters on my main channel by uploading a couple of episodes to see what the reaction is. Already got 1 dislike but 4 likes so I'll see how it goes over a longer period of time.

I may in fact take down the vids from my second channel, as in make them unlisted or private, and just upload them all onto my main channel and give it a few weeks to see how they do. I can only tey I guess and if people hate it then go back to having them on my second channel.[DOUBLEPOST=1394560422,1394560263][/DOUBLEPOST]But then there's that part of me that thinks it will just seem very messy having it all on one channel and that maybe it is in fact better having it separate lol.

Really need some more advice. Maybe someone out there has had a similar experience?[DOUBLEPOST=1394604750][/DOUBLEPOST]Bump

I don't see a big enough difference on the content to warrant different channels, just different shows. I'm sure the people who don't care about DayZ simply won't watch it.

hey, well I started to transfer a few videos to my new channel and over night I lost many subscribers so I decided against it. I know for a fact that other youtubers with FIFA channels create seperate channels for their other games.

I think I will keep them seperate for now...I think heh.
