Request Will someone make me a Banner/Background please?

Hey there, just looking for a banner and background I'm partnered with RPM network if that makes a difference. I see people talking about "partnered" and "unpartnered" backgrounds, and although I don't know what it means, I guess mine would be partnered? lol

I'm not looking for anything fancy but I would like the banner to have a link to my twitter account and also have a picture of me on it.

Partnered backgrounds have the banner on top of your page, and since you are partnered with RPM you should have this ability to add it (Channel Settings, Channel Banner, Banner Height) But I wouldn't worry much about the background, as sometime this month (Feb 22 I believe) YouTube is getting rid of backgrounds altogether. If your wanting to pay money for a background, I suggest not paying very much because of the new profile.
