Haiiii' guys ! :smug:
So here's the deal, I'm pretty new in the "video-making" hobby. And at the end of every single one of my World of Warcraft videos I put the song Kalimba by Mr. Scruff on as an outro.
It's not a song that I usually listen to, but I feel like it gives a little more energy to the video itself.
Anyways, I got this song FREE on my old laptop in the "Music" folder (everyone did normally).
So, may I use it in my videos without any risk?
I read the "How Licensing Works"; but what if I simply put "I do not own this video" in the description, will it do anything? If the song was free in my newly bought laptop, may I use it?
Thank you so much for your help, have a wonderful day/night depending on where you are ! ;)

No putting that doesn't do anything. One of the following things need to happen:

1) You need a licence to use the music
2) If you intend to earn money, you need another licence
3) You need permission to use it from the artist
4) It needs to be royalty free and you need a link to the page that says it's royalty free and that you can use it commercially.

However, those 'sample' audio things that come with computers, don't count. You'll have to change the song unfortunately.
