Why wrong proportions on my file?

Why are the proportions of my video wrong? Should be 16 x 9
look at "Miko Peled son of General Matti Peled"

How can I fix it?
 
What editing program are you using to edit your videos in assuming you are editing them after shooting them? You wont be able to fix any currently uploaded video, all issues with sizes etc need to be corrected during the editing process before uploading.

I have also moved this here for you :)
