Why should I get a partnership?

I've been offered partnerships from several different places. My channel sits around 509 subscribers with 9000 monthly views.

Is there much benefit to getting a partnership? At present I just monetize my videos with YT, I was looking at Curse's partnership but I'm confused to how a partnership can help what so ever? Sorry for the nooby question, I've been around for a while but I still don't fully understand how a partnership can benefit me.

I have been given a great offer by Viral Spiral a few weeks ago, but I don't see the benefits as well. You can find any courses you want in the YouTube academy, you can ask question on here and if I have a video that has potention to go viral I can license that video by itself and get full attention on that one video...
